TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank You for choosing Valhalla Krav Maga! Please be aware of the following terms and conditions regarding your membership purchase. Purchase of any membership signals an agreement to the Terms and Conditions listed below.

PUNCH CARDS

Punch Cards are good for 3 months or 10 classes, whichever happens first. Punch Cards cannot be shared or traded to another member. Punch Card purchases are non-refundable. In case of injury to Member, the time frame MAY be extended, please notify Don at don@valhallakravmaga.com to make arrangements.

UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIPS

Unlimited Memberships (Asgard, Asgard Upfront, Odin, Odin Upfront, Valkyrie, Valkyrie Upfront, Standard, Little Vikings Thor, Little Vikings Odin, and Little Vikings Odin Upfront). All unlimited memberships have a one-time only sign-up fee.

The Standard and Little Vikings Thor are month to month memberships, they can be cancelled at any time without reason. Standard and Little Vikings Thor will automatically renew until Member or Parent/Legal Guardian decides to terminate the membership. All cancellations must be sent via email or written letter.

The Valkyrie and Little Vikings Odin memberships are a six month commitment. Member or Parent/Legal Guardian is expected to make monthly payments starting on the first day of the commitment and to continue until the commitment is paid in full. Valkyrie and Little Vikings Odin can be put on HOLD for up to 30 days during the time of the commitment. These memberships will automatically renew as Standard Memberships (Valkyrie or Little Vikings Thor) until officially cancelled.

The Valkyrie Upfront and Little Vikings Odin Upfront memberships are six month commitments with a one time payment due at the start of the membership. Valkyrie Upfront and Little Vikings Odin Upfront can be put on HOLD for up to 30 days during the time of the commitment.

The Asgard and Odin memberships are a 12 month commitment. Member or Parent/Legal Guardian is expected to make monthly payments starting on the first day of the commitment and to continue until the commitment is paid in full. Asgard and Odin memberships can be put on HOLD for a total of 60 days during the time of the commitment. These memberships will automatically renew as Standard Memberships until officially cancelled.

The Asgard Upfront and Odin Upfront memberships are a 12 month commitment with a one time payment due at the start of the commitment. Asgard Upfront and Odin Upfront can be put on HOLD for up to 60 days during the time of the commitment.

CANCELLATIONS AND HOLDS

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of training. Under certain situations we do allow Cancellations and Holds on most of our membership commitments.

Punch Cards

No Cancellations. Holds are allowed under special circumstances.

Standard and Little Vikings Thor

Cancel at anytime with written notice (either email or letter)

No holds

Asgard, Asgard Upfront, Odin, Odin Upfront, Valkyrie, Valkyrie Upfront, Little Vikings Odin, and Little Vikings Odin Upfront

Holds:

Valkyrie/Valkyrie Upfront and Little Vikings Odin/Upfront can be put on hold for up to 30 days during the length of the commitment. All hold requests must be sent via email (don@valhallakravmaga.com) or letter sent to Valhalla Krav Maga 26039 Coolidge Hwy, Oak Park MI 48237.

Asgard/Asgard Upfront and Odin/Odin Upfront can be put on hold for up to 60 days during the length of the commitment. All hold requests must be sent via email (don@valhallakravmaga.com) or letter sent to Valhalla Krav Maga 26039 Coolidge Hwy, Oak Park MI 48237.

Cancellations:

Commitments may be cancelled under the following conditions.

1) Member moves more than 20 miles (with written proof) from Valhalla Krav Maga.

2) Member is medically unable to continue training. Member must provide written proof from a doctor.

A cancellation fee of $175 will be assessed with any cancellation request of two weeks or less. All cancellation requests must be sent via email (don@valhallakravmaga.com) or letter sent to Valhalla Krav Maga 26039 Coolidge Hwy, Oak Park MI 48237.

VALHALLA KRAV MAGA LLC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY MEMBERSHIP COMMITMENT AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON.
